**HR Officer**

Unity Personnel are now partnering with a well-known subsidiary of a supermarket brand based in Normanton. They are now looking to add a HR Officer to an ever expanding team

**Purpose**

To provide advice and guidance to colleagues on all aspects of Human Resources within the business.

**Main Activities (not exhaustive)**
- Schedule, support and offer guidance in absence reviews and write outcome letters
- Schedule, support and offer guidance in grievance reviews and write outcome letters
- Schedule, support and offer guidance in disciplinary meetings and write outcome letters
- Conduct long term sick welfare meetings to assist in absence management
- Deal with HR queries
- Maintain and update HR SOP’s
- Run various reports using the Time & Attendance System to produce information for the team and management
- To maintain excellent communication within the team
- To ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- IT literate
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent customer service
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience.

**Unity Personnel are acting as an Employment Agency in respect of this role.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
