**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Relationship Building**:

- Visit potential partner venues (e.g., cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms) to pitch ChargedUp’s solutions and secure sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners and managers.
- Identify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- **Product Demonstration**:

- Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of ChargedUp charging stations to venue teams.
- Clearly articulate the commercial and operational advantages for venues to join the ChargedUp network.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms of agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for ChargedUp and the venue.
- Secure contracts and facilitate the onboarding process for new venue partners.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Gather feedback from venue owners and customers to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the sales team.
- **Administration and Reporting**:

- Use CRM tools and mobile apps to log leads, track sales activities, and report progress.
- Submit regular updates to the Sales Manager on pipeline development and achieved targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Sales Expertise**:

- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Comfortable with using CRM tools, mobile apps, and IT systems to manage and report sales activities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- **Independent and Self-Motivated**:

- Able to work autonomously, managing your time and schedule effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- **Driving/Transport**:

- Valid driving license and access to a car or motorbike (essential).
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Own a smartphone capable of running sales and reporting apps.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Familiarity with local venues in your territory.

**How to Apply**

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
