We specialize in solving chemistry challenges within the Oil and Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors by collaborating with our clients, whilst drawing on our extensive experience and capability in these market segments.
Due to continued business growth and recent contract awards, we are looking for a motivated and self-starting individual for the role of Operations Administrator within our Aberdeen Operation.
**Operations Administrator**
Working within the operations department, the purpose of the role is to provide support in processing customer orders, generating work requests and assisting in the procurement of raw materials.
**Duties Include**:
i) Liaising with Operations team to enable fulfilment of orders
ii) Receiving and updating client orders to ensure fulfilment of orders on time
iii) Preparation of job packs for customer orders
iv) Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery of Purchase Orders
v) Creating and submitting Purchase Orders accurately and on time with suppliers
vi) Maintaining stock levels in line with required stock holding and re-order levels
iv) Receipting of incoming goods into E.R.P. system
vii) Other administrative duties as deemed necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to self-manage, especially with regards to prioritising
- Excellent attention to Detail
- Good communicator
- Previous experience in a customer service role desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
