**WFH PERMANENT INSURANCE ADVISOR - £26 - £28,000 - OUTSKIRTS OF MILTON KEYNES/ NORTHAMPTON**

**PLEASE NOTE.....Training will be in the office which is situated close to MK & Northampton and depending on how quickly you pick things up this would be around 2 - 3 weeks but can be adjusted to your needs. Thereafter the occasional visit to the office maybe required but you will be able to work remotely**

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:

- Utilising the in-house database advising customers on the telephone of the best options for insurance.
- Dealing with all enquires in a professional, courteous manner
- Working as part of the team
- Being able to converse at all levels with customers
- Inputting accurate information

What we need from you:

- Previous experience within insurance or FCA industry or similar would be ideal because it would be a quicker transition to train and appreciation of the role. However, this position is about personality and being able to speak to customers over the phone, advising in a professional manner so if you are from a sales background, general insurance, travel industry, estate agent or similar we would like to hear from you
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong PC skills
- Own transport due to location for training

Working from home the hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm & x1 Saturday morning per month, 9am - 1pm.
