**The Job Role**

You are responsible for preparing our client events who are undertaking our property education programmes and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable journey from the point of sign up to the end of their 12-18 month programme.

You will support the presenter and wider team to ensure they have everything in order to run a great event, from the preparation of handouts to confirming client attendance for the event and registering them on arrival. You will work with your team to fill the event rooms and achieve the best possible conversion rates (in upselling to other programmes) ensuring we meet our required targets and KPIs.

You will ensure clients have everything they need to make the most of their property education, from event schedules and bookings to acting on feedback and suggesting improvements.

Your base will be the Scarborough office (with some home working offered as optional) and the events (10-20 per year) will be held in Wilmslow, Manchester. There will be the need for you to travel to some or all of these events. The events are 2-3 days, depending on business need you may be required to attend one or all three days. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the business.

**Keys parts of the job are**:

- Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have everything they need at the start of their journey and throughout
- Encouraging clients to book onto their events
- Liaising with venues to ensure event rooms and facilities are set up as required
- Preparing handouts, booklets and ‘event boxes’
- Taking ownership of ensuring we fill the event rooms and confirm as many attendees as possible
- Understanding our KPIs and striving to achieve them
- Adding value to the business and our clients through identification and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies
- Arranging and supporting our evening social events with clients to ensure they run smoothly and are well organised.

**Experience**
- Customer service background, with a need for continuous improvement
- Ability to prove organisation and time management skills
- Ability to follow process and has an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous event coordination experience preferred but not required

**Targets and expected results**

The right individual will support the team to achieve the business income and expenditure targets by:

- Planning and delivering great events resulting in expected conversion rates, great client feedback/testimonials and five star trust pilot reviews
- Actively seeking improvements to process and service delivery to achieve an NPS score of 40 or above
- Registering and confirming attendance of our clients at the events to meet expected delegate numbers (supporting the business to achieve its expected conversion sales and financial income targets)
- Managing event costs in line with service level agreements and our financial forecasts

**Remuneration**
- Gym membership, Sports and social events, 0% loans and small pension are part of the package

- Working Hours are 37.5 hours per week (Flexibility is offered in working hours and there is a requirement that estimated ten evenings per year (and possibly some weekends) need to be worked with the option of time back or paid overtime)
- Holiday entitlement is 23 days each calendar year plus bank holidays, these total 32 days off per year
