Recoveries Paralegal

A fantastic position within the dedicated Recoveries department of an award winning specialist practice in Liverpool has opened. They are looking to expand their dedicated Recoveries department with the addition of an experienced and enthusiastic fee earneror paralegal with previous experience dealing with Recoveries or ULR claims.

The department has rapidly grown in line with wider business needs over the last few years and with a continuous flow of new work coming through from their leading UK insurer clients, the team are busier than ever
You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team and each fee earner is fully supported by the wider team. The role itself will see you managing your own caseload of Recoveries claims from instruction through to completion. You will have soundknowledge of RTA processes, liability issues and you will have a good working knowledge relevant to case law and current legislation.
