Due to growth and developing contracts we are now recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator. Based in our offices in Melton this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a confident and outgoing personality to join a business that has continued to grow since opening in August 2018.
**The Role**:
- Learn the recruitment/Jobs Butler process step by step.
- Pre
- Identify skills to match appropriately with our client's vacancies.
- Learn how to confidently advertise vacancies across National and local job boards.
- Confident and strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft
- The ability to represent Jobs Butler to managers and directors of small, medium, and larger businesses.
- The ability to work well under pressure, managing time efficiently and meeting timescales.
- Ideally holds driving license and has transport.
**Package**:

**Hours**:
32 hours (Mon - Thursday)
8.30am-5.00pm - Monday-Thursday
You will start to work full time hours which include Friday 8.00am-1.00pm once you are fully trained.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£19,500.00 per year
