**Junior Outbound Sales Representative**
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Outbound Sales Representative to join our direct marketing team. In this entry-level sales role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through outbound calls and other outreach strategies. This position offers a great opportunity to start your career in sales and direct marketing, where you will learn essential sales techniques and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Provide clear and accurate information on product features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage customer relationships by following up on leads, handling objections, and addressing any questions or concerns to close sales.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to team goals and overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with direct marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Assist with lead generation, following up on inbound inquiries, and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and ongoing promotions to effectively engage customers.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
