Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnering with our charity healthcare client during their search for a Corporate Relationships Lead based in Lincoln.

In this vital role you will work closely alongside the Head of Fundraising and work to increase income generation from the corporate world. You will also take responsibility for business development within your field and proactively grow the charity’s network of supporters.

This role would suit an experienced fundraiser, or with excellent relationship skills and experience in business-to-business transactions. You should also be a great networker with great organisational skills.

On offer is a salary of c. £29k and excellent hybrid working options.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake a thorough review of existing corporate donors, and identify gaps and priorities
- Plan and deliver a range of events to engage existing and potential corporate supporters, to help raise awareness and funds, and facilitate networking opportunities
- To support the Income Generation Strategy to achieve targets set out in the charity growth plan
- Build strong long-term relationships with prospective and current corporate supporters
- Ensure that corporate fundraising and activity complies with all relevant codes and charity/fundraising legislation including the Code of Fundraising Practice, GDPR and industry best practice
- Work collaboratively with other Income Generation teams to promote activities and support with stewarding supporters across all streams

- Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels to build and develop corporate relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise demanding workloads to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with an ability to research and analyse potential new supporters
- Ability to develop and motivate individuals and groups of volunteers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
