Key responsibilities of a successful Corporate Tax Partner: Lead and develop the corporate tax team, setting and delivering strategic objectives. Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, ensuring exceptional advisory and compliance services. Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters, including structuring, planning, and transactions. Play a central role in business development, identifying opportunities and supporting firm-wide growth. Build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally. Contribute to overall practice leadership, supporting the strategic and commercial development of the firm. Qualifications for excelling as a Corporate Tax Partner: CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent, with substantial corporate tax experience. Strong technical expertise across a broad range of corporate tax matters. Proven leadership capability and a track record of managing teams effectively. Ability to develop business, build networks, and maintain key client relationships. Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and the ability to support firm-wide initiatives.
