Do you possess at least 3+ years of experience in claims handling and have a thorough knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules? If so we are looking to recruit a Litigation Executive to join an ever expanding team of Solicitors and fee earner into theirFast track RTA team in Sheffield.
2) Experience in dealing with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies;
3) Good working knowledge of the claims process and the Civil Procedure Rules and used to using the MOJ portal

Essential Skills

Experience of handling civil litigation files, including RTA,
In depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules;
A working understanding of the MOJ Portal process;
The ability to provide a high level of client care;

Desirable Skills

Be proficient with Proclaim Case Management, although in-depth training will be provided;
5 GCSEs A to C, or equivalent, including Maths, English Language and ICT;
