**About the business**:
CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK law firm who are looking to hire into their award winning organisation. Due to growth, our client are looking to recruit an additional RTA Litigation Assistant / Paralegal / Litigator, into their Personal InjuryDepartment.
**If successful, you will perform the following role as an RTA Lawyer / Fee Earner**:

- In this role you will manage a caseload of ex-portal fast-track RTA cases. Specific duties will include (but are not limited to) the following;
- Investigating liability;
- Assessing the strengths of the claim;
- Gathering liability, causation and quantum evidence;
- Liaising with clients and third parties both in person and via other forms of communication;
- Valuing claims and negotiating settlements; and
- Drafting all related legal documentation and liaising with the courts.
