Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a**Nights** **Customer Service Administrator **to join our client on a permanent basis.**

**Job Details - Customer Service Executive**
- Location: Hatfield
- Salary: £24,700, increasing to £27,000 after 6 months
- Rotational NIGHT shift patterns - 21:00 - 06:00, 22:00 - 07:00, 22:30 - 07:30

**Main Duties**
- Outbound calls to carriers, booking in transportation
- Managing shipment orders end to end
- Building strong relationships and provide support to carriers and shippers to execute day to day loads
- Checking documentation and proof of deliveries
- Provide feedback and ideas for product and process improvement
- Support the training and on boarding of new colleagues in a rapidly growing team

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in Transport & Logistics environment
- Confident telephone manner, including outbound calls
- Passion for Customer Service
- Quick problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communications, written and verbal
- Desire to adapt and develop with a growing business
