**What do we need from you?**
- An interest in the creative industry.
- Minimum 3 months of recruitment or sales experience is preferable.
- Strong interest in growing within the organisation and being the best in your industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
- Genuine interest in the creative and digital design sector.
