Site Supervisor

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project timelines.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Identify potential issues or risks on-site and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all team members are trained in safety protocols and best practices.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry is essential.
- Strong skills in managing teams effectively, with a focus on productivity and morale.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear instructions and feedback to team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
