**Payroll Supervisor - Up to £40,000 p/a + Bonus DOE**
Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor in a market leading organisation, based around the Walsall area.
**About Our Client**
Our client has a great team with a fantastic work environment, and you will be reporting to the Payroll Manager.
**About The Role**
Working in a friendly environment as a Payroll Officer, your job will entail a number of duties.
Duties to include but not limited to:

- Leading a team to process Payroll for 15,000+ employees
- Develop payroll processes
- Oversee and check all Payroll data, ensuring accuracy
- Completes Standard payroll reports
- Driving process improvement and working with the Payroll Manager to develop juniors
- Supporting the 4 weekly and monthly payroll processes

**What we need?**
- Experience in a Payroll Supervisor position
- Experience with different payroll software’s
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with a large payroll (10,000+ employees
- Ability to be a self-starter
