Be part of a great team at Linthwaite House, a beautiful property overlooking the shores of Windermere.

1. To handle all queries promptly ensuring the customer receives friendly and efficient response which accurately meet their demands.

2. To carry out night security checks and car park patrols at the agreed times.

3. To prepare and serve food and drink from the 24 hours menu upon request to residents. (Set up prior by kitchen team)

4. To deliver all newspapers and order taxis as required and to assist with customer baggage.

5. To communicate any requests to the relevant personnel.

6. To ensure that the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times.

7. To carry out all guests wake up calls on time as requested.

9. To report any maintenance defects to Management.

10. To carry out checks on future booking

11.To check invoices before distribution
- Undertake any other duties as requested by management.
- To comply with all legal requirements in respect of health, safety and

welfare of all members of staff and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
