A leading Welsh charity is now looking for an experienced **Mental Health Support Worker** to join the housing support team on a **part-time basis**at their Pembrokeshire supported accommodation service.

The supported accommodation service enables people with complex mental health diagnoses to receive the focused support they need to reach a greater level of independent living, build positive relationships, and feel secure within a home specially dedicatedto this purpose.

The charity as a whole provides comprehensive aid to vulnerable people with mental health, addiction & related conditions who are facing difficult circumstances, such as with substance misuse, the criminal justice system, or loss of sufficient housing/ employment.

As a **Senior Housing Support Worker**, you will provide expert domiciliary care and wellbeing support while the residents work towards self-managing their own health needs and pursuing new goals and aspirations, including supervisingand acting as a role model for more junior team members.

This is a **permanent** role for a Senior Housing Support Worker, working **30 hours per week**. The service operates around the clock, 7 days per week; **enhanced pay rates will be offered for any evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.**

**Person specification**:
You **_must_** have previous experience in providing care and/or mental health support.
