**JOB TITLE**:Executive PA **SALARY**:£32-35k (Salary based on experience) **WORKING HOURS**:Full time (Mon - Fri) **LOCATION**:Leeds **"Working with us has often been described as a white-knuckle rollercoaster ride. The post has a wide scope, primarily providing a personal assistant service to the Managing Directors and the Senior Management Team; in addition, overseeing other aspects of office management and event planning. This role is a key link for all departments in the business. **What will I be doing?** - Diary management for the Managing Directors and Senior Management Team - Setting up meetings and conference calls - Meeting and greeting clients - Compiling monthly and weekly reports for the Managing Director, SMT and departmental managers - Travel management and booking - rail, hotels, flights, travel itineraries - UK and international - Preparing meeting agendas, minute taking, following up on agreed action points to ensure timely completion - Diarising and monitoring staff 1:1 reviews, sending timely reminders and analysing the reviews - Preparing presentations for SMT monthly meetings - Personal PA services - booking holidays, planning events and organising appropriate gifts - Attending exhibitions to promote the business - Arranging demonstrations from new suppliers - documenting and sharing with the wider team - Event planning - golf days, conferences, staff ‘away days’, charity events, exhibitions and organising relevant prizes - Ordering and branding of staff uniforms - Creating and distributing staff surveys and overseeing the employee assistance programme - Maintaining records of driving licences, business insurance, fuel cards etc. - Arranging car/van hire as necessary, booking MOTs and services for company car drivers - Liaising with other departments and offering an all round support function - General office facilities management including overseeing Health and Safety, ordering and managing office contracts with suppliers e.g. cleaners, plumbers etc. **What do I need to bring to this role?** - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - An organised and methodical attitude to work - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to use your own initiative - Well presented with previous experience of dealing with clients face to face - Proficient in Microsoft packages - Confidential and discreet in all dealings - The ability to juggle a number of tasks/priorities - A full driving license If you think have what it takes and can bring something new and exciting to the team, get in touch today, we’d love to hear from you **Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Company events - Company pension - Cycle to work scheme - On-site parking - Referral programme Schedule: - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: Up to date risk assessments, regular testing Reference ID: EPA1121
