Receptionist / Clinic Assistant

My name is Michael, I am the owner of Littlehampton Natural Health Centre. I took over the clinic in 2017, with the clinic being established in Littlehampton since 1992. Since 2017 we have fully renovated the Littlehampton clinic, brought on some incredible practitioners and now serve our community with the highest quality of care and customer service.

We are looking for a part-time Receptionist / Clinic Assistant for three days at Littlehampton and in addition for one to one and a half days a week at our Chichester Clinic (Chichester Chiropractic Health Centre) to help run our busy front desk and assist patients with EmSella Pelvic Floor Therapy treatment (no previous experience required as full training will be given).

We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, is confident in themselves and has strong communication skills both face to face and over the telephone. The job is fast paced and you often need to think on your feet, while multitasking and maintaining an eye for detail.

**To summarise what this role will include**:

- For the most part you will be customer facing You will have to feel comfortable and confident when speaking with people, while having a caring and compassionate manner.
- You must be computer literate. We use Apple MAC, however if you haven't used this before, full training can be given (they are very easy and simple to use once you have been shown how, so please don't let that put you off)
- Diary management You will oversee the clinic’s appointment diaries: booking, adjusting, and rescheduling appointments across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Massage, and EmSella treatments.
- You will be taking and making telephone calls throughout the day, so you must have an exceptional telephone manner
- You must be very organised, have exceptional admin skills and be able to not only follow processes, but be proactive in creating more efficient systems.

Overall, we are looking for someone that is friendly, always has a smile on their face, good communication and is reliable.

**What are the hours?**
This role operates on a two-week rotating schedule, averaging approximately **33.5 hours in Week One** and **38.5 hours in Week Two** (Week Two includes a Saturday shift). With up to 60 mins per shift for lunch.

Thursday: 9:00am - 6:15pm
