**HR Coordinator - Maternity Cover**
21.75 hours per week, spread across Monday - Friday.
The role
To effectively and efficiently administer policy and processes for HR Services responsibilities within the Employee Lifecycle and associated pay and benefits
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, be a highly self-motivated individual and able to work at a high level of confidentiality at all times.
This is an excellent opportunity for a good all-round administrator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail who is also an effective communicator. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate agility in delivering against deadlines aswell as dealing with and prioritising daily conflicting administrative priorities. Able to ensure business demands across team processes are consistently met.
Key objectives/responsibilities include:
- Able to work as part of the overall team with the aim of continually improving communication and harmonisation of processes
- Delivery of the following within deadlines and SLA's at all times;
- Contract/letter production for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc) with associated documentation
- Administration of benefit processes (cars, pension, PMI, vouchers, dental etc) including liaison with associated third parties/service providers as required
- Data entry and maintenance of the HR system (GKi and Greene Room)
- Salary and bonus review administration within the required timescales and in conjunction with the rest of the team
- Ad hoc projects as and when required
- General correspondence and administration
- Telephone queries
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Intermediate level of IT literacy with Excel, database administration, Word and preferably PowerPoint and visio
- Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely information
- Min 6 to 12 months previous administrative experience required within an HR environment
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand
- Prioritising and managing workload taking accountability and responsibility for completion
- Ownership of own development and awareness of goals and requirements
- Good level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent grade, A-C including English language and Maths
