Retrofit Coordinator

My client is a leading provider of insulation, heating, and renewable energy upgrades for domestic properties, funded by government grants. **The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete retrofit coordination projects
- Maintain accurate project records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with PAS 2035.
- Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support with quality assurance processes and reporting.
- Manage communication with funding bodies, clients, and contractors.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Coordination will be carried out using the ECO Surv system to lodge to Trustmark.
- Knowledge of PASHUB would be advantageous

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, and retrofit coordination.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the role.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
