Green Improve are a rapidly growing company specialising in energy efficient home improvements via the ECO Scheme. With continued expansion planned we are recruiting a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to join our experienced team.

**The Role**

You will be required to put your qualification into practice by developing assessment, design and evaluation processes that are compliant with PAS2035. This role will allow you to grow within the business and further develop your technical knowledge of various insulation and heating measures.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring each project is PAS2035 compliant.
- Responsibility for documentation and evidence for each assessment meets PAS2035 requirements
- Working with installation and support teams.
- Commissioning procedures.
- Collaborating with funding partners.

**Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- Previous experience in domestic/residential properties as a Retrofit Assessor or Domestic Energy Assessor
- Experience of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO Scheme)
- Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management. (Essential)
- A good understanding of building principles and service systems
- Experience in carrying out retrofit works in domestic settings
- Ability to manage retrofit projects providing a whole-house solution to domestic retrofit
- Knowledge of insulation systems
- Knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV

This is a full time position based in our offices in Blackburn.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
