The Immigration Solicitor will be joining a supportive and collaborative firm, offering excellent career opportunities as the team continueto grow due to planned growth, joining a considerable, established, and fast-growing Employment, Pensions, and Immigration team.
**The Role**
This is an excellent opportunity for a business immigration solicitor, working on high quality matters within a growing firm in Leeds.
You will have exposure to a variety of sectors including:

- Commercial
- Education
- Health
- Sport
- Private wealth

You will have the opportunity to work closely with one of the partners in the team, as well as supporting others.
You will mainly advise on business immigration matters, however, occasionally will support with some personal immigration matters to private wealth and family practices.
The matters you can expect to work on will include:

- Corporate support with arising immigration issues
- Advising on all right to work matters
- Advising on the full spectrum of sponsor compliance issues
- You will ideally have gained 2+ years’ experience within an immigration team, regional or nationally
- A passion for immigration law
- Excellent communication skills to thrive with business development
