Are you a Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up into a HR Business role? Or a Junior HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge? If so, I'd like to hear from you.
I'm partnering with a highly reputable client, keen to recruit a HR Business Partner to support HR Operations across multiple sites. Travel will be required but isn't extensive and will be supported with a car allowance.
You'll be part of a business where employees truly feel engaged and empowered to make a difference. You'll be given the autonomy you'll need to make this role your own and the support to succeed by the Head of HR, the HR Team and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

- Directly responsible for partnering with all areas of the business (retail, distribution centre, head office), understanding the needs of the business and delivering a first-class HR service to all employees that is legally compliant.
- Deliver expert Employee Relations advice and guidance to line managers across the business, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and redundancy.
- Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business
- Manage all escalated ER issues.
- Review, implement, manage and maintain HR policies and procedures that fit business needs and are legally compliant.
- Engage in TUPE transfers
- Some HR analytics

Key requirements of the HR Business Partner:

- Previous experience at HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level with a good understanding of business functions and best practice HR methods is essential for this role.
- Experience of working within manufacturing, retail or distribution would be highly advantageous
- Ideally you will have a formal degree qualifications or equivalent experience and ideally CIPD qualified.
- You will be resilient, capable, and able to work flexibly to take on this busy and varied role.
- You will be a positive individual with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to good relationship building skills are a must.
- Strong strategic thinking and organisational skills are a must.
