The Insight Group is a group of six companies with a head office based in Scarborough and a sales office in Wilmslow Cheshire looking after clients and their investments across the UK.

The company is one of the top three property education companies in the UK and has previously built and sold for seven figures a lettings business, had the largest property sourcing business in the UK (sourced over 1500 properties) and is now focused on building a much larger property education business.

With 20 members of the team (was 60 at the peak for several years before one of the businesses was sold) the team has targets to quadruple revenue and profit in the next three years.

The business owner Aran Curry has over 200 properties, bought over £5 million of property last year and is in the process of securing another 100 properties this year for his own portfolio which is company run.

Aran educates over 100,000 people each year in how to invest in property.

We help people create financial freedom.

**Growth Phase**

Aran currently spends around 80 days a year on stage, and we serve clients with anything from a free event, to a £247 three-day event, £2394 3 day events with mentorship for the following year through to VIP at circa £15000, and then our Elite product at £50,000 and One to one coaching at £100,000 per annum.

Company turnover is around £2 million per annum in this specific business with a very strong profit margin.

A second vertical has been launched with a further speaker mirroring the same marketing and sales and stage time and this is expected to double turnover and profit over the coming 12 months.

This has led to the decision to recruit a sales manager who can manage the team and sell and a further salesperson to take the team to four in the sales area.

In 2025 and 2026 we expect the sales team to grow to eight while the business will grow from circa twenty to forty people during that time.

The Education team are responsible for event coordination, online marketing, client service and administration. Our team has a complete and unified understanding of what we are trying to achieve as a business, and we have streamlined and efficient processes to support them to carry out their role to the best of their ability. We are not accepting of the status quo and always strive for improvement and change where necessary.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive Event Support professional to assist with both Live and Virtual Events in Property Investment Education. Based in Eastfield, Scarborough, or Nottingham/Manchester with travel across the head office and event locations, you will support technical operations for virtual events and travel to support live events, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Virtual Events**:

- Moderate live chat, assisting attendees with questions and technical issues.
- Set up and manage breakout rooms for networking and group discussions.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues, such as connectivity, audio/video, and platform navigation.

**Live Events (Various Locations)**:

- Prepare the event room according to presenter needs and set up AV equipment.
- Provide support to presenters and clients throughout the event to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist with event coordination and ensure the presenter and team have everything they need.

**General**:

- Collaborate with the event team to execute the event schedule seamlessly.
- Track attendee engagement and compile post-event feedback reports.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Experience in technical support, event coordination, or customer service.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Familiar with AV setup and support.
- Experience in hosting webinars or using video conferencing tools is preferred but not required; full training will be provided.

**Schedule**:

- Primarily weekends, with some weekday events.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for live events as needed.
