**Responsibilities**
- Performance manage a group of apprenticeship coach’s
- Set individual targets for each trainer based on the capability to ensure KPIs are met
- Provide information on learner progress and achievement as required
- IQA work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification
- Lead in all quality assurance activities
- Ensure schemes of works and lesson plans meet the requirements of examining/awarding bodies and are consistent
- Regularly quality check and maintain on E-portfolio the ‘off the job’ training records and ensure they formulate a complete record of a minimum 20% of apprentices paid hours
- Keep self-up to date with sector changes and relevant information
- Undertake any relevant training/CPD
- Liaise with line manager to create delivery schedules
- To coach, mentor, and guide a small group of learners who are engaged in the L4 Children Young Peoples and Families Practitioner L4 and Children Young Peoples and Families Manager L5 apprenticeships
- Assist the Manager in implementation of philosophies and policies of the organisation
- Allocate learners to tutors and regularly monitor caseloads and performance
- Ensure all staff members work in a way that promotes proactive business culture
- Maintain a visible presence in all classrooms e.g., monitor engagement of learners, evidence of learning taking place, checking learner progress, support behaviour management issues
- Oversee and ensure the effective maintenance of good quality, safe work experience placements in line with company policies
- Ensure teaching hours are adhered to and delivered
- Liaise with other organizations (internal and external) as and when necessary
- Line management responsibility of Think Tank training team including supervisions and chairing weekly meetings
- Represent the business in meetings and events where required
- Provide weekly updates on apprentice progress to management

**Requirements**:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in delivery of apprenticeships

Occupational competency in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare

Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Child Care

Assessors award

Qualified IQA

Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail

Professional and confidential

Good IT skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to prioritise workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
