**IDEAL STUDENT TERM TIME AND SUMMER VACATION WORK**
A small and friendly Broomhill based student lettings company offering high quality student accommodation seeks a handyperson/general assistant.
Working as part of a team in a friendly environment, you will be required to assist with varied physical and practical work including the following:
- Miscellaneous property maintenance (small repairs)
- Gardening
- Jet Washing
- Collecting and building new furniture
- Removing old furniture
- Inventory checking
The successful applicant will be hardworking and have an eye for detail. Own transport and clean driving licence is essential. Mileage allowance offered. Previous DIY experience is an advantage.
**Term time hours**: 1 day per week (or 2 half days) flexible hours to suit.
**Summer hours**:9am to 5pm (Monday - Friday) during the summer (start and end dates to be discussed)

IMPORTANT: International Students - please check your visa entitlement to work in the UK during your studies. The majority of International Students are allowed to work in term time as long as total work does not exceed 20 hours per week.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 7.5 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
