Our client, a global Law organisation, is urgently recruiting an Early Careers Specialist to join their HR team permanently.

This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to expand their career and play a crucial part in developing early careers strategy across the business while effectively delivering early careers recruitment across EMEA.

**Some duties include**:

- **Acting as the first point of contact for all early career matters, both internally and externally.**:

- **Design and development of new early careers programmes**:

- **Partnering with hiring managers**:

- **Designing and facilitating assessment centres and recruitment events**
- Experience in Early Careers in Law or professional services
