**What will you be doing?**

To oversee all aspects of design, planning and successful delivery of the Professional and Financial Services Early Careers Programmes.

The Programme Manager will work closely with key stakeholders within the business to ensure a smooth running of the programme and be the first point of contact for training managers and trainees.

**As the Early Careers Programme Manager, some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing all aspects of the Early Careers Programmes, working with external suppliers to design and deliver
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and ongoing evaluation of the programmes, regularly reviewing programme content to ensure it continues to be relevant to business requirements and is of high quality
- Working with external suppliers to design and deliver ongoing training
- Oversee technical training, professional study and exam progress
- Management of budget, external supplier contracts, SLAs and external supplier relationships
- Management and oversight of the Apprentice Levy

**To be successful in this role, you should**:

- Have strong business acumen and a passion for coaching and developing others in a commercial environment.
- Ability to interact credibly with business leaders and client facing Practitioners
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills at both a one-to-one level and group engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clearly evidenced experience within a similar role.
- Ideally both Professional Services and Financial Services experience
