We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join the team in Bromley.

Bromley CSS is a community-based outreach service providing support to adults living with autism, behavior that challenges and learning disabilities.

You will have the amazing opportunity to make a wonderful impact on people's lives and supporting the Service Manager to build and lead a great team, receiving full support from the beginning of your journey with us.

**Our ideal Assistant Service Manager looks like this**
- Work with your Service Manager to manage and lead a successful and positive team.
- Understands the balance between keeping our people safe and positive risk taking.
- Have a good understanding of the social care sector and how this benefits and impacts the people we support.
- Stay up to date with policies and procedures to carry out and maintain safe and best practices.
- Support the Service Manager to recruit new employees and develop and manage your staff team in a fair and consistent manner.
- Work with your Service Manager to reinforce a positive culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the Service Manager in their absence.
- To be flexible and be able to work shifts required: bank holidays, sleep ins as it is a 24 hour service (7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, 8am-4pm, 1pm-9pm and 1 admin per week).
