Arrowe Park Dental Practice are seeking a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our independently owned mixed dental practice. The practice is modern, spacious and fully computerised (SOE) with digital x rays.

Previous experience of dental reception is advantageous. Training will be provided as required.

The ideal person to join our team should have the following:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assist patients with queries, answer telephone, take payments, make appointments using SOE, liaise with labs, maintain compliance
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with great customer care focus
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist and use of dental practice management software (SOE- Exact) is preferable
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enjoy working to provide a high quality service to patients
- Empathetic, caring and kind
- Reliable and punctual
- Efficient and committed in ensuring smooth running of reception and practice
- Team Player

Part Time 24 hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.45am-5.45pm
- Additional training and progression will be supported.

Start date: January

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.20-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
