**About the Group Account Director Role**

The Senior Account Director/Group Account Director will lead and drive the agency’s core accounts, and you will act as the strategic point of contact for senior clients.

**Key Responsibilities of the Group Account Director**
- Lead, manage and mentor a small team of two (Account Manager & Senior Account Manager).
- Generate deep and trustworthy relationships with key clients.
- Grow and shape existing accounts, whilst spotting new opportunities as to where you can add value to your client.
- Offer strategic direction for your core accounts.
- Lead ABM and branding campaigns from strategy and creative development to content creation through to campaign delivery and results tracking.

**All About You**

You are an excellent client handler, with a great eye for spotting new opportunities for your clients.
- 5+ years agency experience managing b2b clients.
- An exceptional understanding of delivering ABM and b2b campaigns and a proven track record of generating and sustaining strong client relationships.
- Solid experience leading, managing, and mentoring a small team.
- Outstanding presentation, written and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients at a time and work under tight deadlines.
