As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, collaborating closely with the heads of Marketing and Operations to develop customer journey strategies that drive business growth and surpass sales targets.

**What you will do**:

- Drive performance to achieve revenue targets and exceed KPIs.
- Develop the annual sales strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Finance, setting and aligning quarterly objectives and targets.
- Recruit and nurture a high-performing sales team, including the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyse and report on sales results, proactively identifying key activities required for improvement.
- Implement quality assurance measures through consistent call reviews, coaching, and feedback, ensuring ongoing follow-up.
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of new technologies that enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
- Take ownership of the sales process, continuously improving its effectiveness.
- Develop and refine key performance metrics and dashboards to facilitate effective performance management.
- Maintain a continuous improvement approach, leveraging data to derive actionable insights.
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Represent the company at significant sales events.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a related or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, combining interpersonal relationship building, effective meeting facilitation, and exceptional presentation abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Disciplined and consistent approach to providing effective performance management, coaching, and development for both team leaders and sales executives.
- Proficient in utilising data to gain insights and optimize team performance, with experience in presenting management information.
- Experience leveraging technology to drive improved outcomes in a sales team environment.
- Meticulous approach to performance management, setting objectives, achieving targets, reviewing progress, providing support, and ensuring follow-up.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work independently and exhibit strong organisational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a demanding workload.
- Proficiency in managing internal stakeholder relationships at all levels.
