**PWS **are currently looking for a Traffic Dispatcher to work with one of our customers in **Tipton**.

**3PM to 11.30PM Monday to Frday**

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Transport administration and filing duties
- Liaising with customers to ensure operational requirements, KPI and customer satisfaction are met and improved.
- Driver Contact throughout the day to ensure that timed deliveries are completed.
- General admin duties

**Skills required**:

- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in working to strict deadlines in a time-critical environment.
- Computer literate - comfortable using business software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A willingness to adapt and develop skill-sets and knowledge, determined by the role/business.
