We at Tudor Employment are thrilled to be recruiting for a Traffic Dispatcher in Tipton to support the day-to-day operations of a waste depot.

The client is one of the nation’s largest providers of waste management, offering expert and reliable services nationwide to commercial and domestic customers.

Previous call handling and customer service experience is necessary.

This is a twelve month fixed term contract.

Are you the right person for this role? Desirably, the Traffic Dispatcher will:

- Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be able to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be a seasoned administrator, ideally with call handling experience
- Have excellent organisational skills

What will I be doing? Day to day duties of the Traffic Dispatcher role are:

- To support day to day operations of the depot
- Allocate vehicles to ensure optimal customer service
- Ensure all health and safety is maintained
- Ensure compliance with O Licence
- Provide hands-on support with employee engagement
- Participate in continuous improvement projects surrounding productivity and quality

What are the hours of work?

The Traffic Dispatcher would be expected to work full-time on afternoon shifts: 3PM-11:30PM. This is a twelve months fixed term contract.

What is the rate of pay?

The Traffic Dispatcher will be paid at £12.02 per hour.
