We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Thinker sales team agent to join the telephone contact centre sales team. Applicants should have a genuine empathetic interest in people and have the ability to listen and really hear what is being said.

**Within the role you will be responsible for**:

- Providing accurate and complete information to patients by using the right tools, processes, and procedures.
- Understanding patient's needs and requirements to close sales and achieve KPI targets.
- Work qualified lead opportunities for further development and closure

Advisors will be making mainly outbound telephone calls and potentially some inbound calls. Experience of working in a healthcare contact centre environment is not essential, but preferable, as full training will be given however you should be capable of working to performance targets and be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer care from within a previous sales or service focused role/environment.

In responding to enquiries from all platforms, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including rapport building and the ability to make our patients feel 'at ease' by instilling confidence regarding the company and services offered. Building positive relationships with enquirers and making appointments for potential patients to have consultations with one of our surgeon advisor experts to learn more about our services and book their life changing surgery.

Applicants should have:

- A confident and professional telephone manner and speaking voice.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle all patients.
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling high volume of calls per day
- Availability to work flexible hours (Includes weekends and holidays where required)
- Strong problem solving abilities

This position is a full time post to be worked on a rota basis over the week which includes late evenings and weekends.

Base Salary is £24,000 per annum (based upon 40 hour contract) plus monthly bonus opportunities. OTE potential of £32,000 per annum for achieving applicants.

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
