We are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Agent who will need a high level of experience within Estate Agency and Lettings and a proven track record in winning new business and running a successful sales team.

You will be managing the day to day running of the branch, carrying out valuations and generating new business for both Sales and Lettings in order to drive this branch forward. You will be a real go-getter with a positive attitude and a proven record in winning business on valuations.

Key Skills Required
- Estate Agency Management experience is essential

Working Hours - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Residential lettings, Estate Agency, New Homes Sales, Property Management and Financial Services.

Main Duties For The Estate Agent

Role
- Diary management.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients.
- Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries to the highest standard.
- Create and update records and databases.
- Arrange and accompany viewings.
- Organising photographs, floorplans and EPC visits.
- Brochure creation / design.
- Assist with launching properties.
- Viewing feedback.
- Client care, including providing weekly updates to the client, managing expectations, commenting on market conditions, providing statistics and advising on marketing.
- Preparation of information for property valuation and appraisal.
- Providing effective administrative support to the Director/s.
- Sales progression, including liaising with buyers, sellers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other agents to ensure a prompt transition to exchange of contracts. **Occasional market appraisals across the operational area.**:

- Support the directors and operations manager in growing the business. **Executing all marketing plans for the region including direct mail, touting, print media and supporting with social media.**:
Essential Skills Required for the Estate Agent Role:

- Estate Agency experience is essential.
- Professionally presented.
- Full UK driving license and car
- Enthusiastic team player.
- Strong administration and IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
