**Business Development Representative**

**Location: Bournemouth, Dorset**

**Salary**:Up to £22,000 Depending on experience**

A **Business Development Representative** opportunity has become available with a company where you can make a real difference to people’s lives. **The Role**:

- Outbound calling and generating viable leads to pass to the Account Executives.
- Coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing schedules and booking appointments
- Market research
- Data entry including the management of CRM data & keeping all records up to date
- Answering the Sales phone for all team members when in meetings
- Management of CRM Data

**Skills, Experience & Personal Qualities Required**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work alone and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT literate - experience with CRM and MS Office Suite/Gsuite is desirable but not essential as training can be given
- BDR: 1 year
- CRM software: 1 year
- care: 1 year (preferred)
