**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services during customer interactions.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse situations and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry systems and basic computer skills is essential.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment are crucial for success in this role.

**Summary**

As a Control Centre Operator, you will be essential in managing communications and ensuring efficient operations within the control center. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in phone etiquette and communication to provide excellent customer service. With data entry proficiency and a tailored skill-set, this will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, your analytical skills will support decision-making processes, contributing to the overall success of the organisation in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
