Office Administrator
**Location**: Head Office, Harlow
**Working Hours**: 7 AM - 4 PM
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Creating Job packs**: for our projects we need to provide job details to our operative this will include collating all information and putting into organised electronic folders.
- **Connection Applications**: as part of our service we have to notify UKPN prior to carrying out works this includes PDF’ing Layout drawings and marking up the location of the proposed location and update UKPN connections spreadsheets with location plans and cable identification.
- **Training Records**: Maintain and update training records for all operational staff.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform other office admin tasks as required to support the business.
- **Quality Assurance**: assisting with us to ensure that we comply with ISO 9001
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Good Computer Skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Use of MS Planner is beneficial.
