Transactions Manager - London
Prestigious London based client is looking for a Transactions Manager to manage the Corporate Trust Team covering portfolio admin, funds transfer, trade clearance, client account support and compliance. You must be able to prioritize and organize workflow aswell as large teams and corroborate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts. Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction to the highest standards. The Transactions Manager will be responsiblefor much of the day to day management of the portfolio and team as well as client engagement. Knowledge across funds transfer, trade clearance, equities, compliance monitoring and client service helpful.
Essential:

- Management of teams (debt capital markets)
- Transactions/Trade/Cash processes
- Experience covering: Equities, Loans, Funds, Corporate Trust, Capital Markets, Trade processing, structured credit, equities, client debt, retail banking
- Knowledge of stand-alone transactions, mortgage backed securitisations, core structured deals, CLO/collaterised or re-packaged transactions
- Financial services /compliance experience
- Work well with Business Partners to transfer data to new platforms
- cashflow management and data reporting
