The Role:*
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to complement our team; a person with great character, good communication skills, and an active listener, who enjoys customer interaction and taking pride in their work. You will be working on projects throughout the United Kingdom, some of the more local ones can be seen here.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working with Production Dept. Planners expediting the orderbook to ensure customer delivery dates are met
- Where required, adjust delivery dates ensuring that the customer, or production planner, is informed
- Investigate customer queries or complaints and resolve in a timely and professional manner
- Create RMAs (Returned Material Authorisations) where required for unwanted deliveries
- Contact clients to confirm delivery acceptance on given date
- Assist other Operational departments (i.e., logistics/transport, production) as well as the sales dept.
**Experience and Required Skills**:
- Positive “can do” attitude with a desire to get the job done
- Be well organized and passionate about providing a great service
- Have the flexibility to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong in objection-handling, problem-solving and investigative skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Projects & Excel (experience of CRM/MRP would be an advantage)
- Enjoy variety and learning new skills
- Be resilient, and have a keen attention to detail
