Please note: there are TWO positions available - one based in LONDON, one based in BRISTOL

We’ve already smashed the 20 store mark and are super excited to launch 30 more over the next 12 months. We are looking for someone equally passionate about what we do to join our fantastic training team and be part of our growth throughout the UK - is that you?

**You must**:

- Be based somewhere near Bristol or London with easy access to transport.
- Be someone who is able to be as passionate as us when it comes to training our new franchise teams
- Have some experience in hospitality, in particular with F&B.
- Some supervisory experience is preferred as well as involvement with training new starters in a previous role.
- Be a patient person - it isn’t always an easy role so this is key.
- Be able to problem-solve on the wing.
- Have confidence to pull on your own experiences and be approachable in order to make training a comfortable and accessible environment.
- Be adaptable to training styles depending on the needs of individuals.
- Be flexible with weekend and evening work - the hours can be long depending on company needs but we do our utmost to ensure you have a good work life balance (this is something we are very passionate about too)
- Travel around the UK supporting the launch of new stores & to carry out audits
- You will be required to stay away from home during store launches. This may be around once a month but can vary depnding on launch dates.

**What the role will involve**:

- Quarterly store audits
- HQ training in London and Bristol (where required)
- Launch week training and support in stores around the UK
- Follow up training when requested by franchisee
- Equity store support
- Brand ambassador for CUPP at all times
- Promote a positive environment and comfortable space for learning
- Hours can be long depending on company needs and you will need to be flexible with weekend and evening work
- You will be reporting to and working with our Training & Development Manager alongside the rest of the training team on a daily basis.

**The Rest of the Time**:

- Be adaptable and flexible to support CUPP HQ with any additional projects
- Working in CUPP equity stores at a supervisory level if needed
- Create and update CUPP training materials as per Training and Development Manager request
- Please note that if you can drive and have a clean license you may be entitled to a car allowance for any traveling you do._

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
