**12 month Contract**
Due to a period of maternity, I am pleased to be supporting this well known retailer in their search for a Head of FP&A. The function has gone through a significant period of change in the past 12 months which has included the recruitment of 3 new headsto form a more well rounded structure.
Your role will ensure the smooth running of the department - ensuring all areas such as central functions, operations and logistics are supported from a business partnering perspective.
We are seeking an individual who is agile in the way they work as the needs from the business can change rapidly. The business has flourished over the past 18 months and continues to look at areas of growth.
**Key Duties**
- Lead the FP&A team (3 managers, 2 analysts) in achieving the team's business partnering goal, maximizing business performance through data analysis.
- Coordinate and manage the forecasting, budgeting, and longer-term strategic planning processes across the Group
- Responsible for commercial finance reporting such as the weekly trade pack, monthly variance analysis
**Key Skills**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail or sales focused business.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and external parties.
- Experience in scoping and planning budgets and delivering business measures.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
