Modern Packaging are the market leaders in manufacturing paper laminates, printed and plain flexible solutions to the retail and food service sectors.

Due to the exciting growth of the business we are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team, ideally you will be progressive, driven and determined

Job Specifications;
To provide and promote a professional, high quality, frontline customer focussed service to our customers

Exercise the highest discretion and professionalism particularly when dealing with sensitive information
- Provide excellent Customer Services at all times
- Manage Customer Accounts
- Enter and update Customer & Invoicing Orders in an accurate manner
- Prioritise tasks for the day & deal with new enquiries
- Co-ordinate Customer complaints with Customer & internal Quality Department
- Co-ordinate deliveries with Warehouse & creating commercial invoices for countries in EU
- Communicate delivery dates with customers
- Approach new and existing customers through telesales
- Ensure KPI’s are monitored on an ongoing basis
- Any other task or participation deemed appropriate by the Sales Manager

Person Specification

Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and able to work calmly under pressure
- A strong team player who has high standards and the ability to provide exceptional customer services to customers as well as the desire to sell
- Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and ambition together with a genuine team spirit attitude
- A professional and likeable personality able to quickly build relationships with customers

Desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a telesales representative or working within a customer services role

Working Hours 40 hours of work per week - Monday to Friday.
