**The Role**:
As a Data Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within the Data Insights Team. Your responsibilities will revolve around delivering essential data administration services via internal SharePoint platforms and proprietary software. These platforms are crucial for providing clients with live data on building information, and issue tracking.
Your key responsibilities include:
- General administration of SharePoint based Customer Portals
- User management for Customer Portals and bespoke Platforms, providing day-to-day customer support
- Handling internal and external queries on proprietary platform topics and issues
- Conducting data quality checks on our Platforms
- Collaborating with clients and energy providers to identify and address data issues
- Managing the data pipeline of our Platforms
- Ensuring the maintenance of data models and continuity
- Managing and maintaining customer and site records
Your role will also involve the creation, production, and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports. Above all, your flexible and service-oriented approach will ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of service.
**About You**:
**Key Skills and Aptitudes (required)**:
- Strong PC skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Effective oral and written communication abilities
- Eager to learn, dynamic, motivated, and flexible
- Strong team player, capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to cooperate
**Key Skills, Aptitudes, Experience, and Knowledge (Desirable)**:
While not essential, the following skills and knowledge would be advantageous:
- Previous experience in software platform/data administration/data entry
- Awareness or knowledge of Building Management Systems, such as Siemens, Trend, Tridium
- Familiarity with HVAC & Lighting systems
- IT networking experience
- SharePoint awareness
