Following a review of our Housing Services Team we are looking to introduce a Neighbourhood Management model. This exciting new role as a Neighbourhood Services Assistant will mean you will be supporting the teams to deliver excellent services to our customers.
In being part of Bournville Village Trust and our new Neighbourhoods Team, you will play an integral part in improving the lives of our residents and help us in achieving our mission of creating and sustaining communities where people can thrive.

**Job Profile**
You will be a positive ambassador for BVT and the services that we provide, ensuring you work with both internal and external partners to deliver excellent services to our customers.
You will have sound administrative background and understand the importance of working together to achieve the best for The Trust and our customers. Whilst knowledge of the housing sector is desirable, we are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are keen to learn and take on new skills.
You will deal with a variety of issues day to day from ensuring our suppliers are paid on time to supporting the teams in signing up new customers and responding to queries from a variety of sources.
Reporting directly into the Head of Housing Services this will be a great insight to Housing Services as a whole and with the right attitude and desire to learn this role has the potential to be the start of an exciting journey with BVT and our customers.

As a Neighbourhood Services Assistant you will bring the following key skills to the role:
- Project a positive image of Bournville Village Trust by providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Be a real team player, working with colleagues to assist them in providing great services.
- Ability to process sensitive information in line with GDPR.
- Ability to process invoices and other legal documentation, namely public trustee requests.
- Ability to work with others to achieve objectives.
- Understand the importance of recording information on internal systems such as CRM and ensuring this is completed.
- On occasion assist Head of Housing to facilitate meetings and discussions.
- Understanding the importance of key performance indicators and working to improve performance across our neighbourhoods.
