We are now looking for a **Sales / Customer Advisor** to join our showroom based in Melksham on a permanent full-time basis working 35 hours per week including occasional weekends and evenings. **THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE** To help deliver and achieve a world-class customer experience, our retail team adopt a "one team approach” in their collective passion for the Hammonds product and their commitment in showcasing our stunning fitted furniture. Our retail team present the Hammonds brand and build a rapport with our customers to understand their fitted furniture wants and needs. With no direct selling involved, instead, they aim to schedule design appointments with our academy trained Sales Designerteam, who will visit the customers' homes and collaborate with the customer in designing their new dream rooms. A typical day in the life of our **Sales / Customer Advisor** can include: - Showcasing and presenting our stunning fitted furniture, keeping the customers’ wants and needs as a priority. - Assisting potential customers with their storage needs in the aim to schedule design meetings with our academy trained Sales Designers. - Creating a warm, relaxed, and welcoming environment for our customers and colleagues. - Contributing to the company’s profitability by helping the showroom reach its targets and KPI’s. **AM I SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE?** **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT** In return for your passion, commitment, drive, and performance we offer our **Sales / Customer Advisor** a basic salary of £9.50 per hour, with the opportunity to increase earnings through an attractive commission scheme and enticing incentives.
