**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Support & Sales Coordinator**. This is a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers — from first contact through to post-delivery follow-up.
You'll be the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing quotes, supporting order confirmations, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls from prospective and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations based on customer needs and product/service availability.
- Input and manage orders within our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contact customers the day before scheduled deliveries to confirm details.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM or order systems.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to customer service and sales coordination.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A confident communicator with a warm and professional telephone manner.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
